Premium French spa brand Thalgo has launched its treatment line at the Lifehouse Spa and Hotel in Thorpe-le-Soken in Essex.
Thalgo Laboratories has worked closely with phycologists to create effective marine based products since 1964, and uses active marine ingredients in its spa treatments and product line.
Thalgo treatments are designed to heal, detoxify, revitalise, re-balance and aid relaxation.
Treatments available at Lifehouse Spa include: a 55 minute three algae detox wrap, consisting of a marine scrub and seaweed body wrap to increase metabolism, nourish the skin and relieve muscular aches and pains, and a 60 minute Frigi-Thalgo body wrap, incorporating a massage and a seaweed-infused bandage wrap applied to the thighs, hips, stomach, lower legs and feet, to stimulate lymph drainage, improve blood flow and regulate fluid balance.
Other treatments include: an 80 minute 'aromaceane' body wrap, a 25 minute aroma sea salt scrub, a 60 minute marine prelude. There is also an optional add on of a 25 minute deeply conditioning hand and foot treatment.
